1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Member" or "User" — Any person who holds a registered account on the cx999 platform.

• "Real Money" — Any transaction or bet made using real funds (BDT / Taka).

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. After creating your account, the following applies for your security:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential.
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify cx999 support immediately.
• Log out properly from every device after use, especially on shared or public devices.
• Any change to the mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified through support.

cx999 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete information at any time and to seize the associated balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cx999 has integrated Bangladesh's popular payment methods to keep financial transactions simple, fast, and secure.

Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if KYC verification has not been completed.

Welcome Bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = place ৳30,000 in bets to be able to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.
• The wagering period is limited to a set time from the date the bonus is credited.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated at the time of announcement.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device claim a bonus, all such accounts may be cancelled.
• cx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account.

6 Gaming Rules

Every game on cx999 is run fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to ensure fair play:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which can be independently verified.
• Each game has its own rules and terms, which should be read in full before launching the game.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the related bet will be fully refunded.

• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final and will not be reconsidered without valid evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

cx999 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Accessing the platform using another person's identity or account details.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.

• Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Harassing or abusing other members.
• Filing chargebacks or making unfair claims against cx999.

8 Responsible Gaming

A member may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, all outstanding balances will be settled and the account will be deactivated.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by technical errors, server maintenance, or internet connection disruptions.
• Loss caused by delays or failures of third-party payment providers.
